GabeYoga Academy

GabeYoga Academy

The yoga education your training never gave you.

For teachers who want depth. For practitioners who want to heal. 20 years. Four lineages. One teacher who goes further than the 200-hour ever did.

Trained under Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, B.K.S. Iyengar, Tim Miller, and Pichest Boonthume.

The Gap: You finished your 200-hour training. And then what?

You learned the poses. You learned the cues.

But nobody taught you how to hold a room. Nobody explained the meridian theory behind a yin sequence. Nobody told you what to do when a student comes with a knee issue that seems headed to surgery.

The 200-hour is a license, not an education.
  • You demo every pose and your body pays for it.
  • Your sequences feel correct but do not feel alive.
  • You have certification, but not the confidence of depth.
Portrait of Gabe, founder of GabeYoga Academy

About Gabe: 20 years in. Still a student.

Gabe trained under Sri K. Pattabhi Jois in Mysore, B.K.S. Iyengar in Pune, with nearly two years of daily Ashtanga practice under Tim Miller, and 15+ years of Thai massage study under Pichest Boonthume in Northern Thailand.

These lineages were not collected as credentials but to answer a deeper question: what does mastery actually look like? The answer is not one system. It is the map between them.
